ABOUT KAREN HALL:
A REALTOR with Century 21 New Millennium, in Alexandria, Virginia. I grew up in Georgia, enjoying vacations in the North Georgia Mountains where my summer days would be spent with my grandparents, learning the tradition of “panning for gold”. Dahlonega, Georgia was actually the first site of the United States Gold Rush, contrary to popular belief, so locals are experienced in prospecting local rivers for that ever elusive golden nugget. More modern technologies have brought the activity out of the freezing cold river water and into more convenient accommodations for all ages. I wanted to share a little bit of my fond memories with my community members here in Virginia.

ABOUT CENTURY 21 NEW MILLENNIUM:
My fantastic Real Estate Company that allows me to assist so many people through the turbulent times of relocating, buying, selling, or renting a home. Our well-recognized Century 21 colors of Black and Gold embellished my event into the name “Pan for Century Gold”.

ABOUT THIS YEAR’S CHARITY:
Each year, all the Profits from the Event will be donated to a different worthy charity. This year I have chosen the Special Forces Wounded Warrior Foundation.
